Gal has 20 years of experience in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. He served as CEO of Shark Software Inc, which developed analysis software for repairs of aircraft structures. Gal got his post-doctorate at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, U.S in finite elements using the multi-scale method. He received his PhD from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology ) Faculty of Aerospace Engineering. Gal founded 6 start-up companies and led the largest among them, which has developed computerized vending machines, to be sold to an international food cooperative.

David worked at Rafael (Armament Development Authority) 22 years in research and development of composite materials. He graduated B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering at the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology), B.A. in Mathematics and Political Science at Haifa University and a M.Sc. Industrial Engineering at the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology). David held a number of public positions where interpersonal relationships fostered, including: Board Member at Fertilizers & Chemicals, public representative Labour Court, Haifa and union member Rafael (Armament Development Authority). He received the Yakir Histadrut and Histadrut Award for his contribution to Israeli society. David received the Ometz award on the fight against public corruption in Israel.
